TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

If you are accused of transporting cocaine, ecstasy (MDMA), heroin, ketamine, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), methamphetamine, psilocybin (magic mushrooms), marijuana, GHB, or prescription drugs such as Xanax, Soma, Adderall, or painkillers, you can be charged with transporting a controlled substance.  Transporting a controlled substance carries a penalty of up to six years in state prison and a fine of up to $20,000.
